Did not understand the difference between certified mail and certificate of mailing. Felt great paying an $3 for what was simply postal worker incompetence all while speaking condescending to me because like I don't know what im talking about even though I gave her the form number and everything...

I came to this usps to send out my live fish to my customers. This lady there made me feel embarassed and unwelcome telling me i can't send live fish, which i been doing for years. Needs more training. I dont know if i want to take my business and hard earn money there anymore. The embarassment i felt. I would like a apology

Worst delivery of mail ever. It's now 5:30 p.m. and still no mail. Personally, I think the problem is too big of a route for the driver. There are days we don't get mail till after 7:00 p.m. I would be fired if this was my job performance.
