Well it’s going on 2 weeks for New blades I ordered for my Bad boy lawn mower I purchased from you but I’m forced to go to another store to get them thanks for the call to report a problem no one knows anything at store about a rain check they didn’t know what it was looks like I go Menards maybe better luck the grass doesn’t stop growing till winter was a good customer

Sorry but many of there items here are way overpriced! A small trailer tire same brand they want 59.99$ I can get for 17.99$ elsewhere for store pickup! That's quite a savings to go elsewhere

They have a good selection of livestock supplies/food etc. along with fair prices. Plenty of parking available too.

Today we get to drive to the store twice because either the employees have no clue what’s in the store they work at or they’re too lazy to go find it. My father was in the store today looking for braided collagen sticks , asked for help (no idea why because you’re better off figuring it out by yourself) and was told they were out and would get more tomorrow. I doubted that was actually the case since this is far from the first time I’ve heard this before so I did an online order for curbside pickup and it showed them in stock. I get the message that it’s ready for pickup so I call to make sure and guess what? THEY HAD THEM THE ENTIRE TINE SO NOW I GET TO DRIVE BACK UP FOR THE SECOND TIME TODAY BECAUSE PEOPLE DONT WANT TO VE BOTHERED WITH DOING THEIR JOB! If you want to shop at a place that doesn’t think your time is important, then go ahead and knock yourself out shopping here but as for me, from now on, I’ll start going to the co-op. I wonder how many sales this place loses every day because their employees are either not trained properly or lazy.
Edit: big surprise, never heard back from the incompetent manager, I figured as much

Cashier Jessica was rude right away didn’t seem like she was trained well , had to come back because she overcharged us over 100$. We wanted some else to fix our receipt so she could keep checking people out and she got extremely upset over it and started making snarky remarks to the other customers she was checking out.

Needed help last Saturday,found info online about pricing,clerk was uninterested and clueless, when I asked for help 3people walked away.Another customer called out,one gal came back and did her best.As an owner of a company for35 years these people would not work for me or represent my Company.

This isn't our local TS store but we visit it because of the friendly and knowledgeable staff. The store manager even put my spare tire on when I came out of the store to find my tire flat. We'll definitely be back!
