I had such a fun experience ordering my 1st-ever dock. Both Brittany and Sharon made designing, ordering and scheduling the install seemless. Despite the crazy spring weather, Grady and Jesse executed the installation perfectly, installed a ladder at the last minute and even sent me pictures. Such amazing customer service.

Super friendly and helpful. Gave options to us as 1st time dock buyers.Very open and honest people. Felt they were not pressuring me to buy and put all options and ideas on the table. Even self loading the crew gave advice on how to protect my investment on my trailer. Recommend them to any looking for a quality service and product.

They installed our dock and lift in time for memorial day, even with a rainstorm! I did have to call a few times to follow-up, but with it being their extremely busy season I think that's understandable. They walked us through the process, and it was pretty simple!
