Terrific customer service at St Croix Auto Body. Stopped in with a door lock issue on my van, and Dave was super friendly and supportive. They squeezed me in to their already full calendar, diagnosed the problem, and offered solutions even though I didn’t have a big ticket repair. It’s hard to find good customer service these days, but St Croix Auto Body is customer oriented. I will definitely return with future automotive needs.

Words cannot express how frustrating hitting a deer with my baby was. Then add the unknown length of time it would take to get done. Most shops were telling me I would be looking at March or April. St. Croix Auto couldn't give a time frame either, BUT... low and behold I got her back early, and she is fabulous!!They kept in contact through email and phone to let me know how things were going. They guarantee the work for the lifetime I own this pretty lady.Thanks so much to the entire staff for all of their hard work and comfort they provided.

Buffing marks on hoodBuffing Marks on top of head lightsTrunk gasket came out of place when I tried to close it.Granted this is a insurance claim for hail. (In&out)Nice people ok work.The hail dents are gone. But now I have a few minor blemishes. Oh well.

They have done work for me a couple of times, they do good work but are a bit spendy. Good if you use insurance.

Be aware when using this shop. I tried to stick with my local business.Very poor all around job. Small Deer incident. Kept my vehicle for almost a month.After being told the job is done, below is a list of what I had to deal with.Paneling did not fall in place. Gap between paneling and hood on the repair side was twice as big as the opposite sideNew grill sticking further out of the hood end on one side and back on the opposite side.Fuel gasket missing.Fuel funnel loose.scuffs and scratches on the panels that were not affected by the accident as well as the hood, done while the vehicle was in the shop to get fixed.Ended up getting the insurance involved. Poor communications between this shop, myself and the insurance company. As a customer you're kept in the dark for everything that is being done and what parts are used on your vehicle.I went back to the shop several times to try for adjustments, all of that a total waste of time.After all this a new panel was ordered to have the work redone, and was told that they could not get me in for another month. At this point I had been going back and forth with this shop for almost 3 months.I called the shop to discuss that this timeline is completely unacceptable. For this shop, first come first serve notion does not exist. The shop manager said that this is the best they can do, and showed no care whatsoever for a very patient and local customer. The fact that I've been waiting for 3 months to have the vehicle back to normal doesn't count for anything. For any repairs that the shop might be at fault or not, to have the repairs done properly on the vehicle starts all over again. His suggestion was to go to a different shop, which I ended up doing.The customer oriented and reasonable talk from the shop personnel end up the moment that you notice issues with their workmanship.I was reluctant to leave a bad review, but thought it might be beneficial to the next person having to use their services.Just be aware for what's in line for using this body shop and have to deal with. Hopefully never need any bodywork done, but if so, this will never be the shop for me to go to, and anyone I know.
