I buy most of my parts here, but the fact that their window (like every other location) says they turn rotors, is basically false advertising.... Because if you ask, most of the time they NEVER have anyone available to actually do it.
If you are going to advertise it, maybe you should ALWAYS have at least 1 person who can actually do it on staff at all times??

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Went there with a pretty simple request and was told to go to the manufacturer.
Needed a fuse for 2023 Sierra. Asked associate (Dan) if the part missing on the rack was likely the part I was looking for (showing him the bad fuse). I simply wanted his opinion on if the missing stock was likely the part I needed (again, just a basic fuse). He told me it's ultimately "up to me to decide that" and that I should just go to the OEM.
Shocked that he jumped to that conclusion, I' elected to take my business to any other shop other than the SCF Oreilly's.
The associate just couldn't be bothered to 1) come look at the rack with me 2) check if there was stock in the back or 3) give me a simple opinion about a simple fuse.
Where did basic customer service go???
(mind you, I was very calm and collected during this time and not once was I disgruntled until he told me to go to the OEM at which time it was clear he didn't want my business so I left, putting all other accessories I was about to purchase back)
