Ordered a Tune for my 2021 sled and ended up not using. Did not even open or download the tune. Sales stated they have a 10 day policy for returns an that the only thing I could do is update to a different sled. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - Buyer beware and just make sure you know what their policy is. Costly $770 lesson right here.

Great products, actual live customer service and technical support. Bikeman is the real deal. Old school hard work and real world results.

Spent tons of money only to find out all that shiny stuff made my sled slower, NO RETURNs, no support, no performance gains. Wish I had read all these bad reviews earlier. Lesson learned

Buyer Beware. Garbage quality control & lies covering more lies. This long painful ordeal began September 11th, 2022 and went back and forth with Bikeman until I finally picked up my machine August 20th, 2023 not completed.Grab a calculator and hang on for this wildly grotesque display of business practices.Bikeman was introduced to me at Hay Days 2022 as a premier aftermarket exhaust manufacturer. After speaking to their marketing guy, we came to the agreement that they would fit their exhaust on my Polaris Ranger so they could advertise their product, as my Polaris Ranger is used at many shows and events.Almost two months later, I picked up my Ranger with their Exhaust, Tune, and Clutch kit. Definitely not what was agreed to, as i had other intentions for a clutch and tune. The first time out, I blew a belt. The second belt blew out 150 miles after that.I put the Ranger away and addressed the issue with Bikeman. They had no idea why my Ranger began blowing belts. I did some basic service and inspection. I found out that their technician installed Bikeman Performance Springs and Clutch Kit on a worn primary, causing the weights to bind, destroying belts almost immediately. I immediately called Bikeman to discuss this issue. Their response was, "Yeah, he should not have done that.... We can sell you a new primary though."Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I purchased their recommended RS1/Turbo primary loaded with their weights and springs. I picked up the primary and two belts and asked what brand primary I was getting. I was told it was Chinese made, but was the same as Polaris brand. When I got home, I installed the new primary. The belts Bikeman recommended were not right, so again, I drove back to Bikeman to exchange the belts.Have you been keeping track? Three trips to Bikeman an hour and a half away, Three belts purchased, and a primary purchased. After returning home from Bikeman for the third time, I installed the new belt, shimmed the secondary, and double checked the initial primary bolt torque. The warm up/cool down test drive before the primary bolt retorque ended abruptly. The primary sheared off the crank shaft causing approximately $5,000 dollars of damage. The primary was sheared in half, Belt was destroyed, brake junction block damaged enough to leak brake fluid, air box and air box cover cracked, and the main Wiring harness was cut through. After towing my Ranger back to the house, I contacted Bikeman, letting them know what had just happened. After sending the pictures of the damage over, I stated that I would be taking it to a Polaris repair shop and sending them the bill. Bikeman did not like that option and stated that it had to be fixed by them if there was any chance of them covering anything.I hesitantly drove there for a fourth time with my Polaris in tow. After Bikeman's inspection, they came back with, "It's really not our responsibility for what happened since we didn't install the primary." Then the blame game started, "You obviously didn't torque the primary to spec", "You didn't retorque the primary bolt", and "Why was the CVT cover off?"My response was stern; "I double checked the initial torque before running the primary through a heat cycle, and the cover was off because the retorque had not been performed yet".Several weeks later, Bikeman said I need to come up with $2000 to get my Ranger back. They stated they felt that was fair. I asked asked for a work order with the break down of the repair and parts, which i never received from them until after I paid. After 11 weeks, I paid Bikeman the $2000 just to get me Ranger back and be done with them. I immediately noticed that the CVT cover was not installed and the Brake junction block had not been replaced. I contacted Bikeman and have received more excuses & no Brake Junction Block.I can't wait to get this garbage off my machine.

Been using bikeman since 2012, great people to work with, very knowledgeable and always willing to help. Parts are in my opinion best on the market. Have their setup on all my sleds and side x sides, they work flawlessly. If you like winning go with bikeman performance!

Talked to 2 different salesmen with Bikeman at Hay Days 2024. I asked about a can for a 2024 major brand sled, no one had a clue if they made one. I asked if they had any more info on this can, the guy handed me a card and said “call this number”! I walked away in complete amazement with their attitude and knowledge about their own product. Jaws….here I come!

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. But I have to put one star to be able to post this. This company’s performance at Haydays in North Branch was horrible. I had a friend that needed to ask a question and the owner; Jimmy was the one that responded. He was very defensive and very rude. He walked away without answering anything to go tell his coworkers that someone else was coming for beer as he was drinking himself which looked very unprofessional. He then had someone else come and talk to us. And that worker was better and tried to answer the questions but was still hard to talk to. I do not recommend this company whatsoever. Find somewhere else to go if you want your needs satisfied.

Amazing place to work with! Joey has been a big help getting my RZR back up and running. Zero communication issues, if I can't get thru, they call/email me back within an hour or so. Wouldn't take my business any where else!
