I have used Bank-a-count for all of mine and my clients checks, envelopes and deposit slips since 2017. Until today I have always been very pleased.When I received my most recent order it arrived in a horrible envelope that spewed dust, and something all over the floor, my clothes, up my nose, in my eyes, everywhere, when I opened it. Since the checks are not in a sealed wrapping it's also all over them. When I called I was told they've used these for a long time and they can't guarantee that I won't continue to get my orders in them. Since 2017, this is the first time I've ever received anything from them in this horrible condition and packaging. My low review and frustration stems from the fact that they don't care.So while I would still give the actual product and pricing 5 stars, customer service knocks it way down. My eye is still bothering me.

This was the first time I had to order coupon books for our Condo Association. At first I was confused with the set up, mainly on my part. I called customer service, Brook helped me from beginning to end and it was so easy. They had my books done so quickly and mailed out. They were wonderful to work with. I am so pleased with this company. We will be using them from this point on.

I recently visited the Top Shelf Checks website from Bank-A-Count to order computer business checks. The website is very easy to navigate, and the products are reasonably priced. I will be back again to reorder!

TERRIBLE!TERRIBLE customer service. I had to give one star to write the review. I have a payroll processing business and usually I order my customers checks through intuit but since their prices was so appealing I decided to give a try. My bad! One week later when I noticed that the checks should have arrived I went to check the status of my order. To my surprise the order had been canceled by Tara without notifying me through an email or a courtesy call. When I called the company, she told me that it was a red flag and they cancelled and she could not tell me what the red flag was. I hang up the phone but decided to call again. Talk to the "manager" I think and I told her that my billing address is different from my shipping address since I do the payroll from my home office, she told the same think as Tara. They don't need new business apparently, or they don't have a proper way to resolve issues that may happen with this kind of business. Since I process payroll for different customers I DO need to place order for different bank accounts. So, I have been a intuit customer for the last 10 years and never had a problem that could not be resolved. Now my customers will receive they payroll check late because I decided to try a business that don't now how to do business. Please be aware!
