Horrible customer service - prescriptions are never in-stock, their website and app doesn't update to reflect the correct information on when you can expect your prescription and then when you call them to ask the status of your prescription, because you have no other option, just about every single person is rude, short and it's like pulling teeth getting them to give you helpful information. Do NOT recommend going there.

Will be working on changing over to a different pharmacy, Been going here for 10 plus years but customer service is terrible now. Every time I call they are so rude when I just was calling to ask if they carried a certain medication so I would know if I needed to go somewhere else. Well now I will be going somewhere else for all my medications. It is not hard to treat people with kindness and respect. Extremely disappointed in this place.

Horribly rude staff, I get incredible anxiety every time I've ever went or called. Rarely have meds in stock. They have very short hours, you'd think they'd be at least kind for the small window they're open. I have switched to the Walgreens in Weston and have not regretted it!

I go to this pharmacy because it is close. The customer service is quite inconsistent. At times they are very friendly and at other times quite the opposite. The last time I was there one of the ladies told me that I should have gone to the drive-through. She said it in a rude tone. I said I wanted to speak to the pharmacist and the drive-through window is difficult for me to communicate. I had to pick up a new prescription that I had never taken before. The pharmacist did not explain things to me and was very short. He didn't tell about any of the side effects or give any information about the prescription. Even though I like the store, I am considering going to a different pharmacy. The staff needs to concentrate on their customer service skills.

when I went to pickup my medication the female was very rude. The pharmacist was a very nice guy. However, they got my doctors dosage wrong and gave me highest instead which caused me to go to the ER and call out of work for 3 days. when I called them at the very end of the 10 minute call, all they said was, "sorry."

The Pharmasist, Amy, yelled at me through the drive thru window. Very rude. Not timely. Lied and told me my prescription was not sent over from the ER so I had to call the ER. She still didn’t give me my prescription, told me I had to call and find a new pharmacy and they had to call her for the transfer because “they do the work.” Niel was nice tho ?

Refused to help us with a prescription because it was from another country and was very rude on the phone about it. Unsure if they are not able to fill prescriptions from outside the country or if the lady working here is just extremely rude and xenophobic. She seemed offended by the simple fact we live in another country and are visiting the US. No should be mean for no reason at all, we simply needed advice on if we could get medicine for an eye infection there.

When I pick up prescriptions there’s either a slow line (which is fine… they’re short staffed like everyone else) or no one is up front. If no one is up front there is no way for them to know there are customers. (They stand way on the side filling prescriptions.) On multiple occasions I’ve had to wait 5-10 minutes (politely yelling “excuse me!” or making noise so they know someone is there) in order to have someone acknowledge a customer is there and waiting.Same situation today. When the guy finally heard me and came over I asked if they could maybe get a bell so they’d know if a customer was waiting. His only response was (in a cranky tone) that they are short staffed.Yes, sir, I realize that. But with a bell you could at least acknowledge the customer and let them know you’ll be with them in a moment instead of having them stand there hoping someone might eventually come over by chance.

I have been using this pharmacy for a few years because they are closest to home. However they are constantly messing up my prescriptions and even mysteriously losing narcotics prescriptions after calling saying they have been filled. The pharmacist was extremely rude, claiming there was no record of me even having my prescriptions through them, though it’s the same meds I get every 30 days from them for 5+ years. They have officially last my business.

The service is incredibly slow. Frequently I have to wait 20+ minutes when there is no line at all to pick up a prescription. I call ahead and wait to get the notification that it’s ready before I go. I do not understand why it takes so long. Last time so was told it would be ready in 15 min. I came back two hours later and it still wasn’t ready. I waited another 45 min. I’m giving two stars because at least my medication is correct for the prescription.

I have used this pharmacy for a few years now and today the pharmacist made my day! Was it busy, yes, maybe under staffed but who isn’t! But he took the time to ask me many questions about my allergies and suggested some ways I could change to see if I could get some additional relief. Even walked over to retail items to show me. I was so happy with his service! Thank you!

Honestly, the pharmacy is short staffed as I am sure everywhere is but Deven in the Deli department is a definite triple threat! Helpful, hardworking, and diligent. I hope this company can see this employee's worth and that they take great care of him... #hotsaucefolife
