What we thought to be a great experience at camping world slowly turned into a nightmare. We spent 6 plus hours there with our 1 year old while they "got stuff ready." It only took maybe an hour to find the camper we wanted. We were told the camper was one price and what a deal we were getting. Just to find out, they didn't even give us that price. We were told that they were giving us a 7 year warranty for the 5 year price. However, that did not turn out to be the case. We had to pay a fee to have them clean our camper and walk us around the camper. They scratched the tounge of the trailer, there are streaks on the dinette cushions, and the rv was not clean when we received it. The walk around we had to pay for was literally them showing us everything we already knew, when we were told it was going to be super detailed and extensive. I do not recommend buying a camper from camping world. They charge you basically twice when financing the camper through them and never once said anything about it. There is only one paper showing us how much we were charged just for financing us.

Time wasters.
They reached out to me saying they wanted my travel trailer I had on FB. Made me fill out a form amd wasted my time to come back at 66% of what I was looking for, and when confronted said they were actually going to come at me with a lower number. Poor sales tactic

Thank you Doug Cahak for all your help in the purchase of our new camper. I just love it. You made the process so easy. I never bought anything this big just looking at pictures but I couldn't be happier.
I would also like to thank John in finance for making everything fall into place.
I would also like to thank Mike for our walk through you did a great job explaining everything.
Everyone at Camping World treated us with such friendliness a Big Thank You to all of you.
Oh and your technicians are great too.

After having a bad experience at a Camping World close to home I wasn't sure I would ever try a different one... BUT I am so glad I did! I recently purchased a new camper through CW of Rothschild and they were absolutely wonderful. From start to finish they answered questions and responded quickly. Everyone was beyond friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back in the future to work with them again. Thanks to all that helped us. We couldn't be happier to be in our new camper and have had such a great purchasing experience with you!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Ryan, our salesman was awesome! We told him what features we wanted and what price range, he showed us all they had that fit our needs. I wanted to look at a couple a few extra times, he happily showed them to us again. We found the perfect camper! Then Doug, the supervisor talked to us to get the numbers where we wanted. Chris also came by to explain everything. They were all wonderful! They answered all the questions we had, gave us a fair trade in value. We weren't expecting to purchase today, just look around. They were not pushy at all, it was all awesome! We love our new camper!! Only thing is we won't be able to use it till spring.

Drove 181 miles to see a camper, had an appointment at 11am on Saturday, Labor Day weekend, only to be told it has been gone for a week and a half. Was told by a smiling salesman, Doug, that it was a miscommunication. The camper is still listed on their site.

We were just at Warsaw camping world.
A++ service, everyone was very helpful and NO ONE was pushy. Which we were only going into to look but because their prices were the best along with sales we ended up loading up.
Tom & M.J. Went out of their way to answer questions of ours and find what we needed. Though I have no complaints about anyone on their staff everyone was friendly and helpful without being pushy.

I met Ben (Big Ben) Monday looking for travel trailer. Wasn't sure what I wanted. So Tuesday stopped in again around 11:30 let's say he has patience with me @6:30 we signed a deal. Ben is an amazing salesman and heart of gold to put up with me. I highly recommend Ben you won't go wrong! OH I can't forget Matt! Thank you both for the amazing work you did. Love ya guys Kerry

We had no clue we would buy a brand new camper!! But we did!! Christina got her first sale and she was a delight to work with!! Lance helped us out with the financial part and the service guy (didn’t get his name) was exceptionally helpful!! We’re excited to go on our first camping trip!! Unfortunately we didn’t get an electric site but thats ok!! We did get a solar system to help us out on the battery stuff!! The whole process went very smoothly and we are pleased!!

We recently bought a class C camper from Camping World of Rothschild and from the moment that we walked in it was class A service! From Jacob the sales associate to Lance the Finance manager, this place really knows what they are selling! They work with you to get exactly what you want or don’t want and pull out all the stops to get you what you are looking for. Great service, knowledgeable service department and friendly atmosphere. They have it all!

The people that work here are amazing and super helpful, also made the process of buying a camper alot of fun. I usually don't leave reviews but I just had to give a special shout out to the store manager, Paul. Also known by his name tag as "Ringo" lol. Just an amazing guy that was very knowledgeable and really went above and beyond for us. He also was alot of fun! Just an all around great guy. Also, Lance the finance guy was very nice and a funny guy that put us at ease. Doug the sales guy is the one who helped us with our camper. He was very friendly and definitely knew his stuff. This place definitely deserves 5 stars without a doubt. If you're looking for a camper, this is the place you should go, hands down.
