Dennis was very respectful and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied.Ron is a perfectionist. He wanted to make sure we loved what he was doing. We both Loved everything Dennis and Ron done for us. We were so excited. When Ron left we stared at the beautiful job he had done. Dennis called to check if it was what we imagine and we let him know that it was so perfect. Ron worked so hard. We wanted to feed him and he told us he had a tuna fish sandwich ?. Ron told us thank you but I am okNever met such great employee and so polite.Let me say this If you need a bathroom done right call My Florida bath. Also call Jack Ryan to work out the detailsfor you. He will find everything you want done to your bathroom. We are very satisfied with their work. We are so happy with everything. Thank you so much Jack Ryan, Dennis and for Mr. Ron The Perfectionist. We are so grateful for the three of them. Thank you so much My Florida Bath and CMK Construction.Christine and Pauline Abercrombie

Foundation is a great lender option for those customers who don’t have the best credit. I have saved many deals by turning to Foundation!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They have approved an application gave me the green light to do the work. Now AFTER the work is completed they are saying it is my responsibility to verify the customer information. Address, drivers license, social security, ownership of the property, etc. They are saying this is my responsibility even though they are the one to verify all information and grant the loan and give approval. I am not the lender. I did not agree to finance the customer, they did.Now they won't pay the $13,100.00 they agreed to finance in the authorization letter. Terrible! Customer service as in non-existent.They responded to my Google review that they are a 3rd party lender and its my responsibility to acquire documentation. Absolutely ridiculous that I am required to obtain personal financial information when they are the lender. This is what a lender, bank or mortgage company does when they make a decision to loan money. I am the contractor NOT the financial institution. I based the decision to do the work based on their approval letter. They do not do their background work and several entry errors were found made by them on the application paperwork then they blame the customer (Premier). Advise DO NOT be their customer. If they think there is a problem on their loan they should help rectify the situation and take the appropriate action. They are making no effort to obtain the information and wont even call and ask for it. The keep saying only it is MY responsibility. Total copout on responsibilty.

Warning ⚠️ warning ‼️ Warning ⛔️ this company is a total scam beware don’t use this company no body should use this company we should all stop making payments at the same time & take them to court I have my lawyers ready & taking legal action soon.. I keep paying $300 every 2 weeks or weekly & they make it so hard to pay the amount off now they are adding $13 with some cents to my account every time I make a $300 payment other than that they add $6 or $7 dollars each day including holidays to your debt plus a lien on your home total scam hope the company goes bankrupt soon so I don’t pay them at all. I wish I could put a negatively-100% review.

I’ve had a good experience offering Foundation Finance for HVAC projects to my clients. My customers haven’t had any complaints. Foundation has been a very useful tool for us. Dealer and risk fees can be a bit on the high end though.

I have been paying $282 a month for years and my balance has only dropped $1000 every 12 months. It will take me 23 years to pay off my loan with them at this rate. Interests is only "$74" yeah right how do they $2258 a year in interest.282*12= $338474*12 = 888Yet this entire year my loan went down $1000I am finding legal help to get me out of this nightmare.

Foundation Finance has multiple inconsistencies regarding billing and payment allocation including ‘reversed’ payments (checks returned for insufficient funds). I am unsure of the documentation process this company has because the customer service associate will see all of the payments were made, but when transferred to a specialist they are able to see ‘reversed’ payments. Riddle me this… If your bank deducts the funds for the electronic transaction when it is sent, how can there be insufficient funds? My bank made attempts to contact Foundation Finance to resolve this issue, Foundation Finance have not made any contact with the bank. Another questionable, yet undesirable, issue is the inappropriate distribution of funds to the principle. Over the past 4 years the amount of money applied to the principle varies greatly. Some months $0.00 is applied to the principal. Other months $15 – 45 compared to higher amounts for consecutive months. I have emailed the company requesting clarification regarding the inconsistencies in writing and receive a generic email to contact the company. Another email was sent requesting for a manager to contact me regarding my issues – only the generic email to contact the company is received.
