My husband and I always knew we wanted to install wood floors on the main level of our home. In February of this year, we teamed up with Floorology to make that happen! Angela helped me with the design process and talked me through the various choices in flooring from vinyl to hard wood! Instead of being overwhelming, it was so much fun! About a week before the installation was to occur, our basement flooded, and before we knew it, our main floor project was turned into floor re-do of the entire house. Thank goodness we were working with a company as wonderful as Floorology. Tim was incredible with the installation of the upstairs flooring while both Kelly and Angela were there to help me not only with the design elements, but also the emotional hardship of having your entire home torn up and re-done...especially when unplanned! Not only did Floorology exceed our expectations with the flooring both upstairs and downstairs, but we also decided to work with them to re-do our laundry room, master bathroom and sunroom tile floors, as well as adding a backsplash in our kitchen! Going to their store is like going to visit good friends and working with this company has been an absolute joy!! I can’t thank them enough for all of their help and for making our house even more beautiful than we already thought it was! If you are thinking about updating or changing your flooring in any way, I simply can not recommend them high enough!

It was a delight to work with the great associates at Floorology. They know their product and took the time to help me with all the fabulous options they have available. Installation was neat and professional. I am so thrilled with the transformation!

After visiting and conversing with multiple tile stores we chose Floorology in Rothschild without hesitation. Right from the start, the employees were helpful and demonstrated exceptional product and "how to" knowledge, and their suggestions were shared even though prior to discovering Floorology, one of our tile purchases was from a private home owner with left-over tile. (We purchased wall tile and cut rock tile from Floorology.) As first-time tilers, the suggestions, product knowledge, and installation knowledge the Floorology owners shared with us prevented us from making errors that would have been problematic down the line. Due to the exceptional service we received, we highly recommend Floorology!

Horrible customer service! We scheduled an appointment for them to come to our house; they never showed up. I called the next day to ask why they didn't show up. The girl who answered was very snippy, she apologized but said they thought we were going to come to the store first, so they didn't know what to do. I asked why they didn't call to confirm, she became angry, said she had apologized and hung up on me. I guess they have plenty of business and don't need or want ours.

A beautiful gem of a store. So lucky to have found it. We updated our kitchen and I knew I wanted a backsplash. They have such a nice selection, it was hard for me to find just one that would work. Their designers were so helpful and listened to my needs. Everything went so smoothly. The installer is fantastic. So precise. We absolutely love this remodel but the huge center is the backsplash. Cannot recommend them enough.
