Best sportsman shop in Central Wisconsin. Great selection of firearms archery fishing, and apparel. This is the place I go to when ammo is hard to find in other places. Their staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. They do great work and stand behind it.

Lots of ammo! (now that I got the important stuff out of the way) great selection on crossbows, compounds and guns with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Excellent place for hunting/fishing needs.

Customer service was average. Drove 40 mins to the location because they said the item I was looking for was in stock over the phone. When arriving they I explained what we talked about over the phone and was given the item. Long story short, wrong item. I did specify "piccatinny" not weaver style rail and now gotta make another trip back.

This place is awesome, everyone is super helpful and nice. I was greeted at the door. They were able to guide me in the right direction when it came to picking out a new bow. They had it set it up and tuned for me right away. Their bow techs are top notch. I will definitely be going back.

Stopped in today to look at rifle scopes. Stood at the counter for about 15 minutes and no one acknowledged me so I left. Seemed to be more than enough employees so maybe just an off day?Update: Communicated with the folks at Chase Outdoors and it seems that they were having an off day on my 1st visit. Stopped by today and purchased a new Leupold scope for my Remington 7mm. Service and prices were excellent and value was exceptional. Jon was awesome and took care of everything including mounting my new scope. Chase is my new go to gun shop which means a lot since I live south of Madison.
