I recently switched to BMO it was a smooth transition. The location in Rothschild has a great team that has answered all of my questions. Recently I noticed a fraudulent charge on my account I was dreading the hassle that I knew was coming. Lori not only handled everything! She answered all of my questions and is working with me to ensure that not only my payroll deposits but my recently done taxes make it into my new account before we close out the one that was compromised. I don't know about other locations but this one deserves an extra star.

While the staff has always been great, BMO as a whole is a MASSIVE FAIL. I got my accounts cancelled, because they didn’t feel comfortable with my purchases. (Firearms/ammo). This is financial activism, and while it is still within their, signed by me, contractual rights to cancel for any reason they see fit, it’s weird that an amendment makes you feel uncomfortable… so JUST KNOW, this is not a 2A friendly establishment and too many hunting/shooting related purchases will have you looking for a new bank.

Went to pull some cash from this banks atm found out it had a fee of 5 bucks what a rip off guess the banks ceo had to pay off the porche and the trophy wife they should be ashamed of themselves. Stay away from this ripoff bank
