“Best roadside assistance ever! I am forever grateful for this incident happening where it did. I was passing through on my way to a rodeo in Iowa. I drive a 1 ton dually and a large living quarter 4 horse trailer which a hind wheel had caught fire traveling down the highway. The fire department arrived and Muellers Towing and Repair right after that. He repaired my trailer not only replacing the hub assembly on the affected tire, he checked all the wheel assemblies and regreased/replaced bearings. (This trailer had just been serviced not long ago) He took pride in his work. He was efficient, meticulous, and the job was done right. In my experience 99% of the towing/repair truck companies never would have taken the time to this to get me back home safely. They would have towed my trailer and left me, my horse and truck to fend for ourselves. Another company likely wouldn't have had the parts or desire to be able to repair like he did in the field. He was concerned about the welfare and safety of the horse on board as well as getting me back on the road safely. I can't say enough good about the business and customer service.”
