We've had our dog Chika boarded here multiple times. She's reactive to other dogs, but the team at Kritter Kastle has been happy to accommodate her. They also give the best baths out of the several groomers we've gone to. The team is so friendly and are clearly very passionate about their work!

Are you like me? You don’t really want to leave your “kid” ? with any body? We change most of our vacation plans so she can come along. If a hotel or cabin rental etc tells us, “No pets,” we call some place else. That being said, we have one annual family vacation where the place doesn’t allow pets. We have been going there for many years and I’m coming to the end of my rope waiting for them to get with the times and start allowing pets. Sorry, I guess that should be on their review! ? We did visit several places and when they were walking us around you just naturally are making small talk. Some places gave us weird vibes, so we scratched them from the list. Kritter Kastle has stayed on the top of our list! We’ve been going there for almost 20 years now. I feel bad for them when I’m telling them that she sleeps with us and she gets a full body massage every morning before she gets out of bed! As we all laugh about it, I’m secretly hoping that they will do it! ? We do ask for her to be walked on a leash at least once a day because she doesn’t want to go potty (#2) any where but at home. We always say, Charge us extra, whatever you want. We’ll pay it! They never have charged us extra, so we leave a good tip to show our appreciation. Your “kid” will be well cared for and safe here. ???

My dogs love going to Kritter Kastle. They have been there very regularly and they have never gotten kennel cough. The most expensive places they have gone to around Fond du Lac, they always developed kennel cough. My pet’s health is a priority over being able to book online and get photos emailed to me. The prices are reasonable and Amanda and her team are ways friendly and flexible and it’s evident they love all animals.

We have bringing our pups here for a few years at this point, and we have never had anything short of an outstanding experience! Staff is friendly and informative. Our pups are happy and well taken care of. They take the time to listen to our specific needs for our girls. This is the only place I feel comfortable bringing our dogs. We have lived in 3 different cities and still will go out of our way to bring them here.
We have a rescue who is missing a leg from a traumatic history, and she is really scared of other people (even after several times meeting), but we have found she actually gets EXCITED to come here and took to the staff right away.
If you are looking for a high quality place that you can trust to care for the furry family members while you take a trip, this is the place to bring them!

We love Kritter Kastle. Took good care of our lab dog Bella while we were on vacation. We always feel Bella is in good hands when we take her there.

Amazing place. We are visiting from out of town and needed a place to keep our pups safe and secure. I am so happy I found this place. Very easy to plan/schedule. We used the doggie day care. I love the flexibility should we need to drop them off for a day or just a few hours. The website is great. Great reviews on Google. Was clean, and I love that we could leave our pups somewhere that they could get out and exercise/play but also be well supervised and safe. Obviously, not being in our home area this was a nervous google search, lol. So we are blessed to have found Kritter Kastle. Pups did great and seem to have had a good time. Will definitely use it again, and should we move to the area, we will use it frequently. Bonus they also have grooming etc. And a little pet supplies area with toys, etc.
