Where do I begin with Trucking Proz! The office staff cares about me as a driver as well as an individual! The Director of Operations, Planner, Dispatchers, Recruiters, etc. are all there to help you succeed! You tell them what you want for miles and home time, they definitely go above and beyond to work with you to make it happen! As with any job, you will have good days and bad days. The good days definitely outweigh the bad days by far! The thing to remember is no one is perfect, they are growing and learning every day just like everyone out here! The equipment is spectacular and well-maintained! Another thing to remember is communication. As long as you communicate your, arrival times, delays, hometime, etc. They can make it happen! Like I said, they want you to succeed with them and grow. They are the trucking company I recommend all the way!

My name is Jeff. I’ve been with Trucking Proz a month. So far this is without a doubt, the best company I’ve worked for. I wish I had found this place a whole lot sooner, the ladies upstairs in the office, Are nice the entire Dispatch team is I would say some of the best that I Have seen, Max and John Are on their game. When I need to get home they get me home or when it’s Home time. communication is a must you can’t work as a team if you don’t communicate are they perfect? No But Has to be as I said the best so far that I’ve worked for out of the many. I will be getting insurance next week. They have a pet policy rider policy.Enclosing if you need a job with a very nice friendly atmosphere this I believe is an outstanding company and we have won The best company to drive for for the last four years and now I see why. Put your application in and come join an elite team.

My boyfriend recently started working for this Company, he said everyone really seems nice and that he would actually like working for them but he's been sitting way more than driving. As a dispatcher myself it doesn't take 2-12 hours Or longer to find loads the truck has been sitting in the same spot for over 3 weeks no he doesn't work there anymore has an excellent job now and knows what he's doing for a week at a time

My dad and brother work for this company and they have been great to my family even when we lost my brother they went over and beyond for us. I would give them 10 stars if it was possible.

Been here for 4yrs great Place to work for Jason will talk to you any time people in office are friendly will joke around with you don't wait that long for a reload I get between 2000 to 3000 miles a week.

I worked there and all u did was sit after. A load waiting most of the time all day and nite.put I will say the people are friendly up there but I will not sit after a load all the time

Honestly they look like the perfect company for me!!! They offered great pay, and awesome running lanes with top notch equipment… The only reason that they didn’t hire me is I have my little cat and the gang at Trucking Proz has a big problem against that… I feel like they got this policy wrong but and as a experienced driver I’d be a great asset to their team! So when you can change this policy please reach out to me and I’ll gladly rescind this review…

Nice people, but awful place to be a driver if you want to work and earn. Luckily free directv in the trucks and a battery powered APU with AC to keep you cool and entertained while they take hours to days to find you a load. Do not recommend!
