I bought my Truck here that's the star. Honestly these are some GOLD DIGGERS, in the name of Truck Services. I brought my Truck for the speed Sensor to be changed as I already had a Diagnostic done.I told them this, but was told they have to do there's, cost you more. I had the Parts, but they couldn't use it, but sold me there Parts more cost. Then I arrived at 10am. ONE SPEED SENSOR LASTED UNTIL 4PM. A TOTOL OF $1070. I got my rear axle speed sensor changed at TA for $250. No Food around this place, long wait time and BALLOON PRICE FOR REPAIR. TOTALLY RIDICULOUS. I will never let These GOLD DIGGERS near my Truck again.

I had an issue with my def sensor. I brought the truck in early morning and they had it fixed that day. I was able to run my load without interruption. The people here are great. With good communication, friendly, and efficient. The waiting room had couches, showers, snack machines, microwaves, big screen tv, etc. I will get all my service done here from this point forward

River States Freightliner in Roberts leaves a lot to be desired. For starters I bought an Ex-Guard deer guard from them for my 2016 Peterbilt 579. I put it on, and something just didn't seem right, here it turns out they sold me a deer guard for a Cascadia when the parts guy said he sold me one for a Peterbilt. They ended up buying back the original brush guard for a reduced price and then I had to buy the correct one for my truck. Whatever, just a waste of time and some money for something simple that the parts guy couldn't figure out.
The biggie though is that I took in a 2015 Peterbilt 579 for a three axle alignment, they ran it through their shop and when it was done they said they couldn't do the drive axles on it because they were offset and too far out of adjustment. Ummm, isn't that the point of an alignment is getting that right?
Well long story short, after eating a couple sets of steer tires somebody referenced me to Cameron Diesel Repair and less than half a day they had the truck aligned and running true with no issues at all. I find it odd that River States couldn't figure out the problem but the next shop had zero issues ?.
After two pretty chances at River States Roberts I just cannot chance a third mess up, my time and money is too valuable to mess around with them anymore, I'll have to get my Freightliner, Western Star, and Ex-Guard needs fulfilled elsewhere.

Now I understand why everyone told me to drive here to get work done. This was by far the best freightliner experience I think I've had. Team was knowledgeable, straightforward, and fair. They get you in quick and out fast. Quality work! No one wants to break down, but I sure hope Im near river states!

We had a great experience with these guys and gals from the time we called for an appointment until we left with our fully serviced and repaired rig. Everyone we talked to was informative, kind and efficient. Great waiting area too.

AVOID at all costs. I have Cascadia 2020 with the best warranty. My temperature sensor at the second axle stopped working so I stopped to change. From 9 AM to 8 PM, they change the sensor. I had the key and started to drive. After 8 days they called and told me I had to pay for repair. I have a second invoice with labour 1,188$ with a discount. They charge me 8 hours for labour. For the previous truck, they changed my AGR Cooler twice for 5 months and I paid twice. There are so many honest dealerships St Cloud, Appleton, Oak Creek, and Madison but this one always will milk for money. I think truck drivers deserve to know where to fix their own trucks.
Never again

The only thing that they really had done for me specifically was to detail the inside of my truck, though it took some time to get the animal air out, they wanted to make sure it was to good standards for me. They were awesome with their professionalism. They really do care that the customers are satisfied!
