Landon the driver was wonderful, made sure I got in the truck. It was dark outside then loadec the van. We had a very nice conversation on the way home. He took good care unloading the van, I Highly recommend this company if you are stranded.

Called on Saturday of Labor Day, got myself in a pickle with an excavator, knew a friend closer to help and forwarded me to him.
Can’t appreciate enough their integrity, and how they really treated me with respect when I was in over my a head a bit!

Had developed an oil leak, Appeared to be from an oil filter, called Penske roadside service and they hooked me up with Jerry's. Ryan Betley was the mobile technician who arrived on sight. Very knowledgeable, took a good look at my issue and agreed. Within one hour of his arrival my truck was up and running again with two brand new oil filters. He took care of the oil spill my truck created which I highly appreciate and he was very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend Jerry's to anybody in need of roadside assistance. 2 ? up!

Bob, our tow/wrecker operator was experienced, knowledgeable and professional. He was also very personable and had a good sense of humor.
Working on the Interstate system is very dangerous and we commend Bob and others like him who do this line of work day in and day out. We had a good friend who got hit by an inattentive motorist despite the fact that he was wearing a high visibility vest, he had the wrecker emergency flashing lights on and there was a State Trooper on scene with his lights flashing. Our friend almost lost one of his legs and he had to endure painful surgeries. Please pull over and slow down when you see emergency lights! Ken + Beth Manthey (Ken is retired law enforcement)

I broke down in a round about off a busy highway and they got there quick and had my truck loaded in no time at all. The driver was super nice and we had a nice conversation on the fairly long trip back to hastings. Very professional company and would recommend them anytime to anyone.

These guys are tops!! Professional, friendly, and accommodating! The reefer on my trailer stopped and wouldn’t start again, they were able to get me going again in a fair amount of time! I truly appreciate the effort they made to get me going! If you’re in the area and have a problem don’t hesitate to give these guys a call!

We had a flat tire, after dark, in the rain, at bedtime, on I94. Called Jerry’s for a tow. Hunter Timm showed up and took care of everything! Loaded us up, got us off the interstate, and changed the tire. He was friendly and cheerful, competent and professional. He had a way of making our very difficult circumstance tolerable. If we ever need another tow, we will definitely call Jerry’s and ask for Hunter!
