Waiting for a tow with three sheared lug nuts, haven't even got to the shop yet and the guy on the phone has already sourced my lug nuts from the next town over, and is holding a stall for me while the tow truck comes. Actually amazing.

I had a water pump and thermostat replaced and he called before doing anything. He would let me know what needed to be done and make sure it was what I wanted to do before just fixing it and having a bigger bill than I expected. He got me in fast and was done in a timely fashion. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles to the shop here any time I need them worked on. .

I have been using Automan for the last couple years for any Auto issues, which has been many! Everything done is in a timely manner, I trust the advice, and they aren't pushy to have something else fixed that's wrong. I had work done at Automan once before and the price for those services seemed okay. So I went there to have my headlight bulbs changed, and neglected to ask what it would cost prior to the service - they charged me $150 to change two bulbs that retail for $10. Never going there again.
