I was in need of a small storage unit for a few months, and quickly. With Storage Twins, I was able to easily rent a unit online, and received super quick communication about how to access it. I was able to start moving items in within a few hours.The unit was clean, and exactly what I needed. Any time I had questions, I got an impressively timely and professional response.When I no longer needed the unit, I followed the lease agreement and gave the appropriate notice. No issues at all.Excellent customer service!! I would rent from this company again in a heartbeat!! Thank you!!

Very nice facility,units were clean and very well kept,very friendly owners and maintenance man,we rent two units and we are on the list for a third unit,very well priced and close to home,thank you for being great business owners!!!!

Don’t ever rent here! I needed storage for 2.5 weeks and am now paying for 3 months for $260! As a college student living off of loans this is absolutely ridiculous! You can’t rent for less than a month so I was already paying for a month more than I needed and now I’m being charged for ANOTHER month because they require a 30 day notice but I finished moving out on the 2nd so didn’t tell them until after I was moved out. I did tell someone when I first rented I would be out right at the beginning of June and I tried to negotiate but they required I paid for the entirety of June and also apparently didn’t mark down that I was going to be out at the beginning of June so there goes another $85 I don’t have. Not only that but I don’t think the unit had been swept in months. There were literal PILES of sand all over the floor and the corners were solid spider webs. I had to drive back home to get a broom because there was no way I was putting my belongings in that unit. Extremely unprofessional, dirty, and their policies are designed to make you pay them more money. Find somewhere else, would be a better choice to go out of town than to deal with this company.
