Great customer service! Nice selection of just about everything. Highly recommend stopping in and checking the place out! Wish I could remember the nice girl's name who helped me out. She was extremely nice and friendly.

The store is well organized and clean, but I think their prices have gotten a bit high on clothing. Saw a Carharrt jacket priced at $40, which wouldn’t have been bad but it was stained in the front. Clothing that is in this type of condition should be priced cheaper. I wanted to pick up kids clothes to donate to school for the nurses office, but I can get Cat and Jack cheaper on clearance at Target!

We went in and asked the manager a simple question and they were very rude. So rude I was speechless for a moment. We left. Flashback a month or two ago, I’m in the nail salon next door and this same manager was there. They were speaking loudly so the whole salon could hear them say they were the manager at Second Chances and they got their nails done while they were supposed to be working. I wasn’t going to sell them out but maybe I should have back then. Bad experience. Won’t return.

so very impressed with the shop!! the staff are always super helpful and the store seems to always be bringing in new items. it's awesome to have a place like this in the community that provides a friendly atmosphere and supports a great organization.

Got quite a lot of items that were very heavy and difficult to carry out. No one even offered to help even they watched each trip I made back into the to take my items to the car. Never again will we shop there. Have told many family and friends. They are disgusted with the workers there. You have lost quite a bit of business.
