Having used River Falls Tire Co. on several occasions for several different vehicles and issues, I can confidently and wholeheartedly endorse this business as an honest and quality mechanic. They've never tried to push any extra services or parts on me, and they don't try to pull the wool over my (or my wife's) eyes whenever I ask questions. They are always very kind to me and the only problem I've ever had with them is trying to schedule my car for maintenance because they are so busy. I feel at this point that I can trust their judgement and suggestions, and I will be bringing all of my vehicle needs to them for the foreseeable future.

I've been taking all of my vehicles here for years and they have always managed the perfect trifecta - the most honest, the best work, and the fairest priced.
Finding a place like this that you can rely on when you need to take your car in (something we all hate doing, but need to) is a gem. So happy I found these guys.

I had a tire failure and needed to get home after work. They quickly gave me a temporary/safe fix to get back home!!! Awesome service and staff!!!

Was coming to UW River Falls to move my daughter out of the dorms. On my way I had a tire issue, where the tire would go flat slowly. I called them to see if they could help me they were concerned about my safety and recommended I find a place closer to where i was, at that time. But I continued on my way. After moving out my daughter we headed to RF Tires and showed the tire. They said to give them a couple hours. We walked to the nearest Culver's and they called to say the tire can't be repaired due to the plastic piece was found in the tire. They sold me a used tire so I could make it home. Less than $45 I was on my way. Great service and I truly felt that they care about their customers

I had an emergency need and they fit me in even though they were really busy. My tire wasn't repairable so they replaced it with a comparable used one to hold me over until I can replace the set -while I waited. Fast, friendly, and very reasonable rates!Service: Auto tire replacement
