Jeff Dusek repeatedly lies to homeowners and slanders people he has never met. He makes things difficult for homeowners and is incredibly hard to work with. The fact that River Falls Mutual keeps him employed reflects what kind of service they provide. Never buy your insurance from these people. There are plenty of other local companies who would love your business.

Had them for years. My shed collapsed, they fought very hard not to pay. They dropped me after. Very poor insurance company.

When you call River falls mutual and want to talk to Jeff he is never there and if you ask to have him call back good luck his help is rude and think they know it all and are rude to deal with

Awful insurance agency with a jerk at the helm. I know three people who used him and they all had problems when it came to making a claim. Jeff Dusek is an extremely difficult person, who will come up with any excuse under the sun not to pay out on claims. If you have him now, read your policies carefully.
