I love this place! Ron and his crew are absolutely amazing. As much as fixing a car kinda sucks they always turn it my misery into a great experience. They will always work with me and present acceptable solutions. Cant say enough great things about this team!

Very friendly staff and communicates well - calls and tells you what the problem is and how much it would cost and is understanding of individual financial situations. Doesn’t pressure you into anything, which is nice. They do great work, are honest and upfront, and I can always trust them to take good care of my car!

Great quick service and great people. My trucks alternator pully broke off (needed new alternator) and no other shops in town could repair it for at least a week. They were able to get me in and out within a day, and at a reasonable cost!

They took great care in fixing my daughter's car right the first time. They checked it all over and gave me all the details. Great service and peace of mind knowing my girls car was well taken care of and I wasn't getting screwed. Great service.

My daughter attends UWRF and was having vehicle troubles, I called Jensen Auto and talked with Ron. He was amazing, talked us through a few things that unfortunately didn’t end up working. We called again Monday and they came out with their jump pack and tow truck just in case. Got her car jumped, brought it back to the shop and walked her through her car. She needed a new battery and he checked the engine light and did a few extra things. He took time to talk to her like an adult and explain about car issues. It made this mom feel so comfortable! I would recommend this business to anyone. Thanks Ron and staff for keeping small business, customer service, and good people at the forefront.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Ron inspected my daughter’s truck while she is 4+ hours from home. He detailed action items as well as things that need to be monitored…he did this without being condescending and without pushing anything unnecessary. Truly a man with integrity and morals. Tldr; Best service in town! Needed a car lockout service. They answered the phone right away, and the time between me hanging up and me having the keys back in my hand was less than 20 minutes -- service was friendly and fast and super affordable at only $30.I absentmindedly locked my keys in my car the night before and called a few places the following morning to have my door opened. The first place I was able to get a hold of told me it'd be a one hour wait and at least $100, but in the meantime, I called Jensen automotive and within less than 10 minutes they were at my car and less than 10 minutes after that, my keys were in my possession. Not only that, Ron the person who came to help was nothing but positive and polite. It was clear that he was actually there to help rather than just received a payout. Get this: the quicker, friendlier service was also the most affordable. The last time I was locked out I paid 120+. Today it only cost me $32 because of Jensen Automotive. Couldn't recommend more! Turned what looked to be a day ruiner to just a minor inconvenience.
