“Sean was a big help with explaining the limited warranty that was still available to me. Giving me the direction to contact LG is going to save me a lot of money. I was able to make one phone call to LG and they have setup everything for Sears to come back and repair my refrigerator under the warranty guidelines. All I will have to pay is the service charge. I am very thankful and pleased with Sean's guidance and advice to help save me a lot of money.”
