Last year, needed a TV stand on short notice. They only had a couple on the floor. The cheapest was $450! I figured it must be solid wood. Come to find out ONLY the top panel was wood. The majority of the bottom was particular board, put together by the "Letter" stickers that were still left on the bottom of the TV stand. Also, when we finally moved, the middle leg brace immediately broke. When we turned the stand upside down to fix the brace, we found two holes in the bottom, because it had already broke and been fixed once before! This price came with no shipping or delivery charges, and no disclosure of the leg being previous broken. OVERPRICED AND NOT HONEST!

It's been a couple years since I dealt with them the first time kitchen floor they did a very nice job at a fair price so now we're looking at new carpet the sales person was helpful and friendly no pressure had some samples sent right to our house from the factory so we could kind of compare and we'll go from there great family owned business in River falls thanks Dave and Mary Hudson Wisconsin

My husband and I were very pleased to have Rhonda Johnson help us pick out our new reclining sofa and recliner! She was so friendly and knowledgeable and it is the best service I/we have had in picking out furniture in 20 years! We appreciated her honesty and also holding the furniture for 24 hours. She also advised us to take the color swatches of the furniture home so we could make sure it matched our living room. Also delivery guys were awesome too! Thank you for the great service H & F home furnishings!

H&F staff does not wear masks, when asked why, she replied that they are on the phones too much. Yet all staff walk the store without a mask. Feels unsafe in this pandemic era. They are also more expensive than before.

I always support local businesses, and never more than now with businesses facing the uncertainty of a pandemic. However, I went in to H&F three times to shop and take home samples, and each time I was very unhappy to see that NOT SINGLE EMPLOYEE was wearing a mask. I decided to place an order with another small business because it seems obvious that H&F does not care about the safety of our community.

They are so helpful and friendly. We had them remove and install all our carpet in our townhouse. Price was great, and install was incredibly smooth. We will definitely use them again!
