I have lived in River Falls for 5 years and have been admitted to this ER on several occasions. In the past I had always had a good experience. However, last night I had the worst experience I have ever had at any hospital I have ever been to. The nurse in the ER was down right cruel and abusive, and I was too ill and weak to say or do anything about it. The staff tried to cover it up and ignored me. I will absolutely be following through with it, and after reading dozens of other bad reviews about ER staff at this hospital I recommend you do something about it.

ER staff needs to ask what health conditions patients have. Daughter was here in May and was NEVER asked. She has multiple heart problems along with Asthma. I've worked in an ER for 8 years and this is NOT good medicine. Doctor also seemed like he just stepped out of Med School, had no idea what to do ...Asked me what I thought. Nurse was good.
