If your not from this town don't go here. Their team will ignore you and service is rude. This is the only Walgreens in my travels I received bad service. Avoid this town if possible.

If I could give a zero star I would. Pharmacist in one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with! The person handing out the meds was no better, and corporate said they would deal with this, but I doubt they do! From now on all of my prescriptions will be going to Walmart Ripon drug or anywhere besides Walgreens

Sat on hold for 10 mins just get hung up on they didn't even say Hello. Call back to sit on hold even longer. This is completely unprofessional

I don't shop at Walgreens but once every few years. I came in and saw they had some nice sales. Got to the register and was told you need rewards account to get "sale" prices. Found an old account thankfully, some sale prices still didn't show. I was frustrated as was my special needs kid who was buying himself some toys. Very sensitive cashier said I was hostile, seriously? I sighed and rolled my eyes at the complications with sale prices. If that is considered hostile, I don't know what you would do with an actual unhappy customer. Train your employees to handle situations without freaking out over a sigh.. even my kid looked at me and said "mom you weren't even close to upset"

Walgreens has been a reliable destination for my pharmaceutical needs. The pharmacy staff consistently goes above and beyond to provide helpful and attentive service. The store is well-maintained, offering a pleasant shopping experience. Additionally, they often have decent sales, providing opportunities to save. For all your pharmacy and everyday essentials, Walgreens is a trustworthy choice.

Good place for quick pharmaceutical items and some misc stuff. But generally a bit high priced if you don't have a drug discount from your Healthcare provider.

Poor management. Hire individuals that want to give good customer service or pay more to hire more quality employees. My past 5 visits to pick up pre payed products has been less than professional . Giving two stars is a gift.

I've been on the phone trying to talk to pharmacy and waited15 minutes first it was 2 in front of you then after 8 minutes it was 1 customer .

Some of us work throughout the week and can’t get to you during your open hours. Let’s just completely close on the weekends and not even consider anyone’s needs especially the local people who have medications that they need to survive. Can’t even stay open until noon Saturday anymore. Terrible

Probably one of the rudest pharmacist I have ever encountered. We are out of town and just trying to get a PRN prescription (non-narcotic) refilled. The pharmacist was rude and degrading The techs were pleasant and helpful but when we had to talk to the pharmacist she treated us like we had no idea what we were doing. She was very passive aggressive. It's upsetting because usually the pharmacists are welcoming and reassuring. Not the experience at all. Her name is Jannette and just completely demeaning, acted like we were the dumbest people in the town. I wish I could put no starts for my experience at this walgreens.

I wrote a bad review because of a damaged Playstation 4 card, hopefully I can find it and delete , Walgreens manager was glad to provide a number to help me navigate communication with Playstation 4 and redeem its value. Thank You!

I left my medication at home when I flew to Wisconsin. Jodie and Josh helped me fill my two prescriptions with speed and efficiency. Super customer service. Thank you for your dedication.

Always good service and knowledgeable staff. Good safety precautions in place. Drive up service window with text notification is outstanding. Sharing patient info between stores is time saving.
