This pharmacy is terrible. They have messed up my prescriptions from the very beginning. I ended up switching to another Walgreens in Oshkosh and I have been met with the same rude attitudes that I was met with at this location. We only switched from Wal-Mart because Walgreens was on the way to work. I am regretting that decision and at this point. I would rather drive 30 minutes out of the way to avoid any Walgreens I see.

Very slow service. They are rude and disrespectful. The head pharmacist is very mean and disrespectful and needs to be terminated. Everyone I've talked to about this pharmacy has similar if not the same opinion. Don't come here for your medications. If you've been on medication for years they will hassle you on your meds and even deny giving them to you. I can't make this up and wouldn't. Don't come here

Tech Michelle and pharmacist Lisa went above and beyond in getting my daughter’s prescription ready. Multiple phone calls back and forth to ordering provider’s office to clear up confusion. Worked around an availability issue. Thank you for the excellent service!

Walgreens has been a reliable destination for my pharmaceutical needs. The pharmacy staff consistently goes above and beyond to provide helpful and attentive service. The store is well-maintained, offering a pleasant shopping experience. Additionally, they often have decent sales, providing opportunities to save. For all your pharmacy and everyday essentials, Walgreens is a trustworthy choice.

After waiting 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment time, the pharmacy manager (Josh Schwartz) finally called our name for doing vaccines. He was not friendly and very clearly not enthused to be helping us. His off-put demanor was the last thing my daughter needed while preparing for a shot. When she showed hesitation, because she was scared - Instead of trying to calm her or do anything to help, he tells me that this is why you take kids to the pediatrician. We did not end up getting her shot done due to his extremely rude/condescending behavior. Don't worry, Josh - we will never be coming to you for a vaccine again or frequenting this store while they employ an individual such as yourself (especially as a manager).
Also, not that it is any of your business, but my daughter does see a pediatrician. She did not have her shot done as I was scheduled to have a shot done anyway.

The youg guy that is the pharmacist at the Ripon location needs to be sent for manners and taught respect for customers! He is extremely rude!! Listened to him speak rudely to an elderly gentleman than did the same to me. If it wasn't for my insurance telling me I had to go there for prescriptions I'd still be at Ripon Drug where they treat you with respect. This young man needs to realize we are paying his wage buy going there.... The store needs to do something about him!?

Don't use the pharmacy here if you need your medications. They don't seem to care if you live or die. Poor customer service, communication is horrible. Took 9 phone calls, 3 hours on hold and a big headace to get one prescription refilled that I have been on for 20 years! Ended up getting it at Wal Mart in an hour.. No More!

These people don’t seem to move to fast. Very unintelligent i would want someone to check these people on a midterm shopper. They would fail. Will never use this place for anything.

Probably one of the rudest pharmacist I have ever encountered. We are out of town and just trying to get a PRN prescription (non-narcotic) refilled. The pharmacist was rude and degrading The techs were pleasant and helpful but when we had to talk to the pharmacist she treated us like we had no idea what we were doing. She was very passive aggressive. It's upsetting because usually the pharmacists are welcoming and reassuring. Not the experience at all. Her name is Jannette and just completely demeaning, acted like we were the dumbest people in the town. I wish I could put no starts for my experience at this walgreens.

I used to love it here, I still love the pharmacy staff. The pharmacy is great, but what I think is the manager took a very odd approach to me yesterday. I came in to pick up a few posters I had made, I was told I needed a release form to purchase them. I didn’t have one. I understand that it’s their policy, but a handful of my friends had purchased the same posters within the past month and had no problem with buying them. When I asked why I couldn’t purchase them but my friends could, the manager unraveled the posters in front of everyone standing by, which with the content of the posters was a little embarrassing to me. All I wanted was an explanation where the posters did not need to be shown to everyone standing by. I even called them to ask about their policy and why my friends could buy the posters but I could not, and still got no clear explanation.
