If I could give them 0 stars I would! Probably the most rude “post master” I have ever encountered in my life. They lost not 1 but 2 extremely important pieces of mail and have absolutely no explanation of where it is. I put in a request to move starting the 23rd and all my mail since that day just stopped coming. I’ve called now 3 times to find my missing mail but yet no one has any idea where it is… he was EXTREMELY rude and absolutely no help whatsoever! He should be replaced for how awful he treats customers.

My wife and I went to the Ripon Post Office today to renew our Passports. Sharon took care of us by checking our applications, explaining everything to us and also taking our pictures. She processed our applications and did all the prep work to submit our applications. Thank you so much for your help in explaining everything and processing our applications. Sharon is definitely an asset to The Postal Service at the Ripon Office. Thank you for your assistance and professionalism.

New to the area. Received a water shut off notice on our apt door and we NEVER received a bill. Went to the post office to understand what is happening. Come to find out, mail carrier took it upon himself to send all our mail back and continued to deliver the prior tenants mail. He claimed he did not know we were living there. Nonetheless, I would consider this tampering with the mail.

I sell ALOT on eBay, and have to say that this is the BEST post office to use. A package has never been lost, and everyone is kind and understanding. It's a stark contrast to the Green Lake Post Office, which has horrible service.

I had a package that was delivered to the wrong address. Jeri from the post office was awesome in helping me get my package back!! Mistakes happen, so it was awesome that she was so willing to help me!

After filing a Change of Address, they RTS'ed my hiring and benefits information - ADDRESSED TO THE CORRECT LOCATION. After going in to ask where my mail was, I simply received an "oops." Brings a new meaning to good enough for government work.

Although the ladies in the post office are wonderful, I wish I could say the same for our mail carrier. Admittedly we do live on a rough road, and when the weather is bad, I understand they cannot get down our road. HOWEVER due to it being 35 degrees w no ice or snow as of now, our mail carrier has made no attempt to deliver our packages ever! No effort! I think I should get half off my postage since I have to come into town to get my mail about every other day! It’s very frustrating. Rain, sleet, snow my foot! At least try or make an attempt to figure out a solution or act like you care!

Since moving here almost 2 years ago, I've had numerous pieces of mail that weren't received. I even filled out 2 change-of-address cards to ensure I was receiving my mail properly.Last year, without warning or notice- I suddenly stopped getting my mail. When I went to check at the office, they informed me that the carrier had said bees, & stopped delivering my mail. I had a start of a hornet's nest in my newspaper box, which I threw away. However, you don't simply stop sending a person's mail without notice. Because of a name discrepancy, my life insurance policy was late by 3 months, and I had to pay over $200 to get it reinstated. I mail out and send my packages myself now. Not the way to run a post office.

We have had numerous packages supposedly stolen from our apartment. We contacted the office and i spoke with one of the managers who assured me they would flag us as a problem area and stop leaving our boxes in the hall. Load of lies. Boxes continued getting left in the hall, with one even being left in the middle of the downstairs entry way where it could have gotten stolen. When yet another package disappeared we were told it had been marked as delivered and the person probably just didnt see the note and pretty much it wasnt their problem anymore and, contrary to what i was told previously, they would not actually hold packages.
Had i not been lied to i would have gotten a po box or something more secure! Id give them zero stars if i could. Using alternate delivery options now.

They're constantly getting us mixed up with a neighbor. And then returned all of our mail saying that the house was vacant.

My wife and I used to live in Ripon, and I dropped off packages there regularly as part of my eBay business. We also had a ton of media mail sent through there. The folks there are wonderful. One of the things I really miss about Ripon is their terrific service. And they always remembered me when I came in. When our media mail came in as part of our move, they were super-helpful.
