I had bugs delivered to my house, it does state not to deliver in cold/hot temps, I called and explained and she got the package back to my house. Told her I would be there within an hour, they followed the rules on them with I do thank you for. Now I will happy beardies. Thank you for being sooo kind and understanding!”
