“Jenny from the Berlin office has been very helpful to my family and I in are last few visits. She set my son up with his first phone was able to complete most of the preliminary work prior to my arrival. She made things easy for me to understand and always carried a smile. She also took time to help me with my Gmail issues which impressive as it took time from her normal duties as my request was out of the normal. “Dante was the sales person he was very good but I'm disappointed, he gave his phone contact so I could reach out to him and I've never contacted him and now I tried to reach out to him so i could come see him and hes blocked me from texting him. I guess I can't buy my grand daughter a phone cause I don't know what office he's working at since they rotate.
Can a manager or Dante call me, I need to return my trade in phone.”
