We bought a 2023 Grand Cherokee L in November of 2022. I had read reviews about the problems with the navigation and sure enough , ours was one that worked sporadically. We took it several times to another dealership without any success in fixing even after a new one was installed ?I called and spoke with Emily, best service advisor EVER! Got the car in quickly and there were TWO updates on it that were never done! Thanks Emily! I have a “new” car again ????
