“I needed a new cartridge for my kitchen faucet and Ace Hardware in Berlin was the only store in my area that had one in stock. When I confirmed this by telephone, I was told that the store would close before I could drive there from Oshkosh. I asked them if I could give them a credit card number and have them set it outside at closing for my pick up. They were happy to do this for me despite it not being their policy to take credit cards over the phone. I was very impressed with the courteous service, I picked up the part and had my faucet operational in short order! I would highly recommend this store!”
