Daniel was so nice! And we had no issues with a loan! And got a very good rate on refinancing our vehicle! I definitely recommend as I was treated so kindly and give useful knowledge!

Charge 5% to take your change. Even if you're depositing into your account. Also not a fan of their hours.

When the loan officer tells you what you can and can’t afford is an issue to me. Can’t communicate responsibly. Phones are always busy. Been banking here for 5+ yrs and never had a problem until Tom left. Can’t get loan but never been late and have good credit with many higher priced collateral items. Looking for new bank

Have been with this credit union since 1996, just within this past 1 year has gone down with customer service alone. There is only 1 teller that knows what they are doing (awesome job on your sanity). The rest of the employees right up to the Manager of the local branch completely suck too include #1 customer service. They ignore you & treat us all like trash. Time to move on from that dump.

When a loan officer tells you that you can buy something and asks for vin, model ect. And then denied the loan the day u are to pick up I call that terrible business. Time to spread the word and go to good bank!! Wish Tom was still there

Terrible credit union! They charge you for the pleasure of making deposits to your account if it is change. I even asked if I deposited $5.50 would I be charged and he said yes on the two quarters. He quickly back off that though! I called every other bank in town and none of them do that to their customers!

Takes forever to get a new debit card when fraud was detected on my card along with many others Making me late on paying my bills. Day 7 still no card in the mail. Yes I know they say allow up to 7 to 10 business days. Should just have a machine at the bank like every other place does.

Have had a checking and savings account with them since 1980. I've never had any issues with them. I have taken out my car loans with them also.

After banking with the big banks in Ripon and getting treated like I was a 2nd class citizen with a middle class living, I needed a change. Golden Rule is a respectful face to face credit union that got me back on my feet! They took a leap with me and will never choose big bank to handle my money! I've been a member for around 10 years now.

I used to be happy to bank here. I have belonged to a credit union almost my whole life in another town. One reason I joined this one was because before the pandemic I needed to cash in a lot of coins. I needed to do that 2 weeks ago and the first time, I lugged 2 large piggy banks in to be told that their coin machine wouldn't be working for 2 more days. That made me realize as I struggled in and out the door with employees watching me, no help, that they don't have automatic door openers for the handicapped but they have parking for disabled people.The next time I came in to cash in my coins, I had to empty my banks myself into plastic plates. Hmm. Then when I went to get the cash, I was charged nearly $10!! For cashing in my own coins that I had to dig out myself? Yah, not so much of a fan of this particular credit union anymore.Not to mention they offered my stepson a loan for $5000 and he has nearly a 400 credit score, but we went in for a loan with 650+ and got turned down. This place is nuts.

My wife and i have done business with Golden Rule for 20 years now and i can't even express the incredible job and professionalism that we have received from Ala and Tom. We have sent numerous friends to them over the years for auto loans, mortgage loans and personal loans and they have been as happy as we have been. Kudo's to both Ala and Tom and GOLDEN RULE CREDIT UNION.
