Awesome to have (soft) touch car wash to get bugs off of car

Very rude worker. I took my truck to get a car wash and it broke. The motor in the car wash went out. Took 30 minutes to get out. Employee was useless didn't know how to get me out and told me I had to wait for a manager to come. When I asked her how long she coped an attitude and told me i have no idea and hung up on me. I called my son to come help me and she gave him keys to open the door and he was able to get the door open so i could back up. Why couldn't she just bring the keys out when I called her. The manager showed up when I was backing out and told me to get my refund. When I went inside she refused to talk to me or acknowledge me. I had to go back outside and have the manager come inside to make her give me my refund. I don't recommend going to the Ripon BP. I will be taking my business somewhere else

Car wash is soft-touch only, not touch-free.Cashier was efficient and helpful! Convenient location, although with multiple entrances it’s really important to stay aware of other cars coming from different directions.

The lady that works here is lazy that opens up past two days I came in no coffee she tells me that she didn't have time but it wasn't nobody there she's staying in being lazy

Last month needed assistance from the attendant inside. He was not busy just a negative attitude to go with multiple color hair he had. I no longer go there. who needs it ?

My experience sucked, n this is y..... I go in there to purchase cigs and gas the lady told me " I can't break that hundred dollar bill". R u fn serious what place doesn't break a hundred. Absolutely rediculous they r lucky I had a card for the gas for God sakes. If I didn't have the card for gas then what? Plus the girls hair is so greasy and disgusting, looks like she fell in the toilet head first. U never know what color she will have on her head from it. Bottom line is I think it's fn up that businesses that r as popular as BP can't or wont break 100$'s if that's the case then put a sign up on the door that u don't eccept 100's.

Great prices on in store items. Usually very busy. They also have a A&W built-in.
