It is said on their website that there is free entry, but when you go they want you to pay 10 dollars. They also send you messages for offers and when you call and ask for information they hang up on you.

If they call you saying someone gifted you a $100 gift card it’s a scam. Do not drive to the store. They call you over and over and won’t let you say no.

Moved to California last summer and froze my membership. With the crazy military schedule my boyfriend had, I was unsure of when I would be returning to Wi. I was ensured by staff that someone would reach out to me this July to see where I was at. No one reached out to me, and instead a bill was sent in the mail for a facility I haven’t used in a year. Tried reaching out to ABC fitness to cancel my membership since you have to go through a 3rd party to do so and was told I was ineligible to cancel when I intended to choose the buyout option. Now I am being told I need to pay my outstanding balance, as well as a written 30-day notice (obviously so they can rack up my bill more) and pay the $250 on top of it all. I have no problem paying the fee, but I refuse to pay an outstanding balance when staff never followed up like they said and I haven’t been in the building since summer 2022. On top of it all, they offer “personal training” which is a group workout and not at all individualized. Plenty of other affordable workout facilities in the area with more free weight options and half the cost.

Poor costumer service. Can’t cancel your membership without paying 250 buyout fee which I was told nothing about untill after I signed up. Still are refusing to cancel my membership. I’m forced to get a new card because of this. Unbelievable.

Never go to anytime fitness. Unless you like paying an insane amount of money. 250 dollars to end a membership is outrageous

Good people with great attitudes but $30 to $50 biweekly for membership payments and $90 to $130 by weekly for a trainer when Planet fitness is starting at $10 a month for a membership and you can bring a friend unlike Anytime Fitness.

I was impressed with this gym because the level of service is exceptional. They really want to get to know you and your fitness goals and they are there to help you achieve them. You have access to a training coach and as well as nutritional experts to guide you every step of the way. The gym is quaint and low volume which I appreciate because working out in larger gyms that push membership volume over the quality of your experience are stressful and will often ruin the intensity of your workout standing around waiting for equipment. I'm really glad I took the time to visit and become a new member.

Poor experience trying to sign up for a membership with very rude female mgr. Overpriced, poor customer service. Signed up elsewhere in more welcoming environment.

I went to cancel my account and the woman was so ride I said I was posting a review and she said she did not care, all business have reviews! it was her last day but still! They are always trying to upswell you!

Awesome place to workout. The traffic is usually very low so you have the freedom to do whatever you came in to do nearly every time which makes a huge difference in motivation. The staff there is very friendly and informative. They want to help and see you meet your goals and ask a series of questions to understand you and ur goals to make a plan just right for you.

Can’t ever workout unless it’s the weekend. The trainers just take over the whole gym for their classes. Other Anytime’s are at least considerate about the rest of their members

If you are looking for a place to work out, this is by far the worst place in Ripon, and around Fon du Lac County. No hassle to say the employees, the management and the owner are irresponsible, very dishonest and rude. Can't forget the purely disgusting equipment!!!!! Lastly, Membership prices are ridiculously high and it totally becomes a scam. I felt like I was part of something corrupt. I will never be back.

fees continue to come out called 3 times left messages no call back
They are easy to sell but not easy to cancel.
