I ordered some accessories online, got a call from Annette to tell me the shipment may be delayed. A couple hours later she texted that it would go out that day. It wasn’t all that important to have but appreciated the updates. Best customer service I’ve ever encountered! ????

It was exciting, it's been awhile since I was there. People were friendly, knowledgeable,my husband was looking for a used ATV, they fixed him up with one that was in great shape, good price. He's happy with his purchase and so am I. I would telleveryone where he bought it. Our son does business with Vetesnik.

I couldn’t be more disappointed on how my now cancelled order went. The lack of communication, being told several different stories from staff, being blatantly lied to. So to fill in the story as I hate leaving bad reviews, but this situation was due to lack of customer service. My sales guy refused to return calls, I email and called. I ordered a machine back in May and was told it would be in late July, then September. I was going to the point I was ready to cancel my order
