I needed help with a Broan motor for my exhaust fan. he said to bring it in and he would look at it. I contacted several others and they just wanted to order a new one 650.00 to750.00 bucks i drove 11/2 hrs one way and within minutes he found the problem. you do not get service like that anymore. i am a very happy customer.

John was very helpful, even though the two machines I brought him were both a lost cause. Very reasonable diagnostic charge, and super pleasant to deal with!
