Got gas but no option to pay for the car wash. So when I was finished I went in to purchase the car wash. The employee said that they had just finished fixing it. I proceeded to go through the car wash and it was only washing one side. After exiting I came back into ask for a refund and let him know that it wasn't working again. This employee said that I had to wait until the next day to get my refund. I asked for the manager's number so I can at least speak to them about the issue with the car wash understanding that I'd probably have to wait on my refund. This particular employee male with extremely long hair was cocky and very rude. I'm a business owner and I know that it's hard to find good employees but bad employees are worse than no employees. Management needs to know what's going on. I won't be back, except for my refund ?

Stopped for gas after a funeral last week. One male party went in for water while other party was pumping gas. Just being at a funeral the party was spacey and absent minded and unintentionally walked out with two .99 bottles of water. The male employee ran outside screaming and shouting profanities and continued berating him and cussing all the way to the register. Such a lack of common sense on the employees part. Possibly better training? Why would local farmers/business owners want to steal a .99 water?

Got a premium car wash. It didn't take off the dirt or even rinse all the soap. The clerk was rude and refused a refund. Do not recommend.

My pump perks were taken from my card but the $1.09 per gallon I had earned was not deducted from my total. The staff was not very knowledgeable and was less than helpful.
