“I bought my Jeep from a dealer with an extended warranty. I have had to take it back to the dealer more than six times for the same related issues. Unfortunately, the issue continued to pop up every few months and light up my dashboard like it was Christmas. The dealer is an hour away from me, so even with the warranty it cost me time and gas. They even got to the point where they stopped offering a loaner vehicle because they didn’t like having their vehicle out for so long. I lost my patience with it and took it to a mechanic I trust to give it to me straight and fix the problem if at all possible. Shawn got it in, fixed my poor Jeep up, and was extremely patient considering he had to re-fix someone else’s work. Thank you, Shawn.”

“Was able to go in & get the oil changed without leaving the car!They didn't ask what kind of oil I wanted to put in. It was low on anti freeze & they didn't tell me until they filled it & charged me $12. I could have bought a gallon for cheaper & done it myself”

After my Jeep finally gave up it was time for a new vehicle. I stopped by before work and was able to drive my new car home after work. I didn't need to take care of anything! My insurance got set up for me, the title got taken care of and the license plates are coming in the mail. As a very busy person that was the greatest and friendliest service I ever experienced.”
