“Recently at the Richland Center location to have our cars codes checked. Matt R. helped initially by going out to our car with us and he plugged the tool into something and when it was done we went back into the store to go over the results of the scan. Matt printed out a copy of the scan to what I assumed was to help him explain things easier. And just as he started to try talk about what possibly could be wrong; another guy (Craig I think his name was)walked up and just talked over Matt. Every time Matt would try to say something the other guy would go on saying something about the knee bone is connected to the leg bone or some other nonsense. After a little bit I could see Matt was getting very frustrated and he turned around told the other guy that he could finish and walked away. After that I gave the other guy a dirty look thanked him for his time and left. I give Matt a lot of credit for knowing when to give up and walk away. The following morning I called to get a price of the parts that I think I would need to fix my car and Matt just happened to answer the phone he profusely apologized for the night before as he was looking up the parts I needed.
On a side.note Matt was exactly correct about what was wrong with my car.(when he could get a word in edgewise). The repairs made makes my car run better than it has in a very long time.”
