“This is a wonderful clean and well designed facility. The customer service is also excellent. I was given a spot in an unpaved area, and within 15 minutes of calling I was given a new locker. My only complaint is that the gate is close to the road and feels a little dangerous, but I imagine the owner will move it in the future once the back is finished.”

“Very good experience for 3 years and now I reccomend boehlke's to anyone who needs to store things. The prices are right and did not go up while I was there . Easy to get to and spacious. Other places wanted charge well into the $150 a month for the same space so check into it..”
“We have worked with the 1-800 customer service as well as on site customer service and both have been excellent! We needed to get an additional unit and luckily there was availability near our original unit. The facility is well kept, storage structure is well maintained, and the loading/unloading bays are easy to maneuver around.”
“I've been a customer for several years now. Customer service is very good. They process my payment right off my card every month. They have units of different sizes, some with a loft space that actually give you a lot of extra space for your money. Buildings are well maintained. Although it's not a gated/fenced property, there are lots of cameras and the local police do patrols. Snow removal is prompt in the winter. Prices are fair and competitive.”
“This is a belated review. (Sorry I didn't get this out sooner, I procrastinate!). I rented from the Jackson location for approximately 1 year. It was from approximately the middle of 2022 to mid 2023.I needed to park a pontoon boat for a while. From move in to move out, I had zero issues. They were a fantastic business to work with, easy to get ahold of with questions etc, and reasonably priced. Thank you!”

“Just rented a vehicle space and it’s clean and the parking spaces are roomy.I called to set up the rental and talked with Michelle who was super nice. I told her I could be moving my vehicle out of storage at any time (not sure when) and she gave me a tip on how to do that. She was very friendly and helpful and I’d recommend this place to anyone.”
