“Great post office, when 164 was being constructed I had to get my mail several days a week there. Always friendly staff, with a smile on their face. I think this is the best staff they have ever had.”
“I LOVE my mail carrier!! She (Lisa) goes above and beyond for me. She is so thoughtful, she even leaves treats for my dogs. She is a genuinely nice person!! The only time I went to the post office was during the Christmas rush and I had absolutely zero issues. And this is the most difficult time of the year to go to the post office and be on the other side of the counter.”

LOVE coming here and am always humbled by the reminder of how genuinely nice everyone is at MF anytime I have to stop at another location. All postal workers put in EXHAUSTING and long days for us all, so I get why they might be burned out by the time the rest of us are starting our days... but everyone at the Menomonee Falls branch is amazing at greeting you with a smile and cheerily assisting you. “I had a package that was lost in transit and shipped to the wrong address in my neighborhood, I went to my local Germantown post office and was assisted by Gregory who is a awesome guy, He asked me if I could get him a tracking number, Later in the day from work I called to inform them of the tracking number and talked to a wonderful young lady named Kristen, She took my info and heard me out on my dilemma and said she would call and let me know what transpired, A hour or so later this young lady called and said she went and retrieved my goods and put them by my door!!! This lady is a absolute angel and went above and beyond the call of duty to help me, I have no words and just can not get over her kindness and professionalism, Kristen deserves a medal for just being so awesome, This was a expensive order I thought was lost and because of her it is safe! My heart is elated, Huge hugs young lady, You rock Kristen, The world needs more people like you in it....”
