My experience at the Richfield Store was excellent. Phil Sikorski was great. He answered all my questions, and went out of his way to make my shopping a memorable experience! I was treated with respect and the utmost courtesy. I would recommend Ashley Homestores to anyone.

I love going to Ashley store After looking at a local furniture store for a new couch, we went to Ashley and phone. A better coach, we think and almost a $1000 cheaper. It's a really nice store. We ended up buying a kitchen table and chairs. And a lyft to recliner, from ashley also

Met Phil when he greeted me and asked if he could help. He listened to what I asked for, showed me that product, asked if I was interested in trying others (mattress shopping). Had conversation to get a feel for what I liked and was looking for. Extremely knowledgeable but not pushy. Highly recommend.

Kelly at the Richfield store was amazing. She helped when I wanted it and left me alone when I wanted.
The store had a great selection for reasonable prices. I found exactly what I wanted.
The only thing I wished was they would haul away my old couch.

I was looking for a recliner that would be comfortable for me. Phil was very helpful, showing me all the options available while letting me look around & not pressuring me. I found the perfect one for me & within my budget. I will definitely go back the next time I need furniture.

We went into Ashley's knowing what we wanted. We were greeted by Phil Sikorski who was pleasant and eager to help. We told him we kinda knew what we wanted and he left us alone to browse. When he found us again, we had pretty much made up our mind on a sofa but needed to take measurements.
A few days later we returned and purchased the sofa. It was a great experience from the moment we entered the store through to ordering.
