Sent me a contract for 1000 gallon pre buy/ 250 gallon min per delivery when I have a 250 gallon tank which they don't service without extra fees. Ridiculous legalese contract wording that let's them out of contract or increasing costs for everything under the sun. Don't let the cheap per gallon cost phone recording fool you.

WGS has been my propane suppler for about 3 years. The drivers are alway courteous. WGS has gained my trust delivering propane at lowest price in area! Give them a shot, once addresses and other info is set up, the delivery is seamless.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had in a long time. Rude, uncalled for accusations about standing up the delivery driver when I’m fairly certain they weren’t even at the correct address (said there were multiple tanks, but I only have 1??) and said they left numerous calls/messages but I don’t have a single one from the driver. When asked what phone number she read off an incorrect number then said it was what was written down, yet when I corrected her she told me I was wrong. I have 1 missed call from midday asking me to call, nothing about delivery at 6:30 like they alleged. I’ve been using them for years, but I’m done.

I recently called WGS to order a new tank and to get that tank filled. Their communication between me and themselves was terrible. They never answer the phone or their messages. I had to call several times in order to get a hold of an actual person. Needless to say after all the phone calls and messages I have now canceled their services.

There are a number of places we can get our propane when we own our own tank... which is the only way to go, because then we can shop around for price n service.
WGS has price as low or lower than anyone else. WGS does not have any phony inspection or first-fill fees either. Friendly drivers and they are careful not to smash my flowers planted by the tank. One minor downside was that he could not fill my grill tank - but this was not quite worth a star.
