Excellent customer experience. Knowledgeable sales staff. Pleasant and courteous. We made our first purchase of a pair of Stressless chairs 13 years ago, they remain in daily use. Very pleased. Highly recommend this family owned business in friendly, small town Rice Lake.

TWT is a wonderful store: and I try to support local businesses over the big box stores. However, many staff members weren't masked yesterday when I stopped in, and that doesn't work for me. I won't be back.

My dad has a great experience shopping for a chair. He needed a lift chair before hip surgery and everywhere else he went said it would be 6-8 weeks. TWT took the time to help him shop and was able get the chair he needed delivered in time for surgery. TWT was his last stop, Next time it will be his first and only!
