The staff is outstanding! Everyone there from the receptionist to the technicians were friendly, professional, attentive, and high attention to detail and customer satisfaction! First time I had to go to an actual Safelite service center and was extremely impressed.

Tried a half dozen times to speak with them but all I could get was a computer voice. If you didn't say something that was preprogrammed you get "thank...goodby" ...so irritated

Waited a week for the appointment technician showed up and said he removed a chrome piece around the window and seen a small amount if rust and put it back together without changing window. Wouldn't show me what was found just said he couldn't do it and seemed in a rush to get home. Il never give this company another call.

Great at the shop level, don’t try and call them though. Phone system sucks.
