This is an underhanded seller. Takes your money. Doesn't give you the product you ordered. Doesn't address issues. Total fraudsters. Don't waste your time. You will lose money and never get what you ordered. The whole website may be just a scam front.

Don’t bother with these people. I ordered a patio umbrella from them via Amazon and was given a shipping confirmation with a delivery date. When, several days after the estimated delivery date passed with no umbrella, I emailed their customer service asking where it was (hoping for at least an update). Instead of an update, I received the following email: “We have canceled your order.” That was the entire email! No explanation, no apologies, just canceled my order. When I asked them why they canceled my order I was told “It is better you go elsewhere.” This is the worst customer service I have ever received, and if these guys want to be a bunch of temperamental prima donas who treat their customers this way, they have no business being in a sales industry. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with this people.
