I have been with Northwoods on a keep fill for several years now. They are incredibly reliable! I have had other providers let us run dry and thats never the case with Northwoods. They also are almost always the lowest cost, run specials from time to time and will be there for you when you need other services. I don't know why everyone doesn't use them in the area.

Northwoods went out of their way when we had an issue with another company locking our tank. They got on the phone with the other company and helped with our situation and they didn’t need to. We always get filled when we need and the staff is super nice. We never have an issue and really appreciate their above and beyond.

Good customer service with secretaries. However management was less impressive. They left a bleeder valve slightly open after filling which doubled my usage for the month!! 10cents off the next fill is not what I feel is taking responsibility when lp is $2.29 / gallon

We were in need of emergency propane and Mike and the office staff came through for us! Showed up when they said and Mike was super helpful making sure our furnace & appliances were running correctly! Definitely will use Northwoods Propane in the future. Excellent communication!

Highly recommend based on my experience with Northwoods so far. I bought a cabin that had Superior Fuel from the previous owners and I have been more satisfied with Northwoods in every way. Northwoods is considerably cheaper per gallon, has straight forward plans and very few additional fees to be aware of. Donna in the office was friendly and super helpful when working around our scheduling needs.

These guys are the real deal. They came out and moved our 500 gallon propane tank to the exact location we wanted and the price was very reasonable. We are from FL and have never had a house with propane or natural gas. The technician made sure our furnace worked before he left and recommended a man who could come and tuneup our system.
